Santa Claus is coming to Scottsdale

Rudolph and his eight buddy reindeer got the day off Sunday as Santa and Ms. Claus scouted Scottsdale for their Christmas Eve toy run. We had our usual clear blue skies and no snow, so ditching the sleigh was the way to go. Santa spent the afternoon listening to the Christmas wish lists of all the good , and a few naughty, boys and girls at the Westin Kierland holiday party. Santa filed a VFR flight plan with the Scottsdale tower upon departure for his return Christmas Eve flight….. so be good for goodness sake!
