The sweet sound of music can be heard around the Vally of the sun, thanks to Jesse McGuire. Long time Phoenix resident and trumpet player, McGuire is known for his rendition of the National Anthem which he has played for Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. Jesse also paid a moving patriotic tribute to those who were lost on September 11, 2001, by performing Amazing Grace at Sun Devil Stadium for the Arizona Cardinals, for which he received the Game Ball.
McGuire has been the featured performer at numerous sporting events including the Daytona 500, NBA Finals,Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and his most notable performances were at the 2001 World Series, for which, he received a World Series Championship Ring from the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks are currently on a four game winning streak!
McGuire is also the 2010 recipient of the Copper Sword Award, presented by The Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society.
